  • Please provide us with all your contact details so that we can contact you whenever we need it during the management of the accident.
  • Take photographs and take notes of the damage caused by the accident and send them to us immediately.
  • In case of theft, vandalism, explosion or fire, also report the facts to the Police or competent authority, request a copy of the report and send it to us.
  • Under no circumstances negotiate a salvage expense with potentially malicious rescuers.
  • Always wait for the performance of the insurance company.
  • In the event of a collision with a third party, please provide us with all your details, including your mobile number and e-mail address, as well as a copy of your insurance, in order to have all the necessary documentation to properly manage the accident.
  • Do not accept a quote to start any repairs without your authorization from the insurer.
  • If the insurer assigns an expert visit to assess the damage, it is highly recommended that you be present.
  • Provide us with repair budgets as soon as possible so that we can expedite the compensation process.
